2. Informational Nature of Content All measurement data, forecasts, and educational materials published on the platform are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. The platform does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. For health-related concerns, consult your physician or an allergy specialist.

3. Use and Reliability of Data Pollen concentration data is collected from local stations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Although project partners make every effort to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, they do not guarantee absolute accuracy or uninterrupted operation of stations and software. Automated measurements may occasionally vary due to weather or technical conditions.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright All content (texts, graphics, logos, photos, and software) is owned by the AllerShield project consortium or contributing partners. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, with proper source attribution. Commercial reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Changes to the Platform and Terms We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllerShield project partners, their employees, and collaborators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, or errors within the platform content.
